Need storage? Rent from here. Family run business that treats customers like family. They offer a free trailer to new customers to assist with transporting to your storage unit. They delivery it to your location, you load it, and they pick it up once done. The trailer is then dropped off at your unit to unload. No gimmick. Every interaction I had with their team was easy and they were always helpful. Excellent customer service. Will happily use them again in the future.read more

I’ll start by saying that I’d never expect to feel the need to write a review for a storage facility, but customer service is very important to me and Karla was just exceptional at accommodating me and my situation. I was traveling from NC going far north with a trailer and only needed storage for a weekend and then continue on. I called Cube Smart first and was on the phone for 30 minutes while they explained that I’d have to pay for a full month to store the trailer and continued on with this complex explanation that I didn’t have time for. I called Karla at American and she was super personable and told me it was no problem to park for the weekend. The price was pro-rated (and awesome) and I was coming in late so she had given instructions to the security guards to let me in AFTER they had closed. BUT that’s not all. After the weekend I continued up north (picking up a boat) and was on my way to NC and needed to stay in DC for the night. They do have a policy where you must rent for at least 2-3 days, but Karla allowed me to park my boat inside the gate for the evening. Just can’t say enough about good customer service and there was no way I would have gotten that service at the big corporate storage centers.
